Park Plaza Minneapolis Mall of America

Standard facility. We stay here for proximity to Mall and interstate.

Water in bathtub wouldn’t drain.

The property was nice, the hotel was beautiful. The parking was a little confusing and we ended up parking in the back where it was a little more sketchy. But overall, no real complaints on the property.

Walkable to the Mall of America with a skywalk, although it was longer than I realized, and a short stretch is uncovered until you get to the skywalk. There is a nice firepit outside, and groups often gather there and talk until late into the night, so if you want to be sociable.

It was a good quality for the price you pay. It’s within walking distance of Mall of America and some other restaurants. Parking was easy and accessible. The rooms are up to date and clean.

Excellent place, easy access to the mall and dining. Breakfast was fabulous! Lots of guest but our stay was quiet and very enjoyable.

Close to mall of America. Free shuttle to/from airport. Friendly staff.
