Super enthousiast en vriendelijk personeel. Mooie kamer met goede bedden. Loopafstand van leuke centrum en hele goede tips van medewerkster ontvangen m.b.t restaurants en bars.

Parkeren in de directe omgeving is erg lastig. Ze hebben zelf een klein aantal plekjes beschikbaar, maar die dien je wel op tijd te reserveren. Wij hebben in parkeergarage op 5-10 minuten lopen afstand geparkeerd.

Excellent location, within easy walking distance from restaurants, shops and water front. Daniel was extremely helpful in giving good tips about the city, restaurant recommendations etc. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean

The air conditioning did not work very well. Possibly user error!

Lovely old townhouse style building in a great location

The staff on reception went beyond to make our stay a good one. Sercotel are lucky to have staff like Mari & Daniel who were both lovely & very helpful. The hotel was a great location for exploring Santander & was very close to great seafood restaurants.

Rarely in my experience do you encounter a hotel where the manager and staff take such a personal interest in the guests that pass through the door. The whole experience from start to finish was handled with care, attention to detail and open friendliness. Check-in was wonderful (glass of Spanish wine offered) even though we were all melting in 39 degree heat. The manager showed us to our Junior Suite and explained how everything worked. The room was first rate, much attention to detail was obvious. The bed was excellent as were the the rest of the facilities. Recommendations for dinner were given from which we selected La Mulata, a 5 minute walk away. Here we ate the best fish dinner we have ever had in this superb restaurant. A truly first-rate experience. Thank you very much.

We were only staying a night before returning to the UK.

Lovely welcome and the staff couldn’t do enough for us throughout the stay. The hotel is immaculately clean and the rooms have everything you need and beautifully decorated. The pool was a god send in the heatwave.

Kamer is klein en hokkerig. Airco niet in te stellen. Het was daardoor te koud in een te kleine kamer ook verkeerd gepositioneerd
