Rooms are nice, drinks are good

No food safety, 80% of our group got food poisoning

struttura molto grande ma immersa nel verde e con deliziosi e simpaticissimo animali selvatici che girano liberamente (Coati, Procioni, cerbiatti, Scimmie oltre ad una vasta quantità di uccelli) Viale principale interno contorniato da altissime palme , piscine lunghissime , ottimo il ricco abbondante buffet sia per la colazione che per la cena, oltre a diversi ristoranti a la carte compresi nel All Inclusive. Personale gentilissimo e volenteroso in ogni occasione , al check-in al buffet al bar. Le camere sono spaziose e ben arredate oltre ad essere molto pulite . Molto utili, vista l'estensione della struttura,, il servizio di navetta gestito con macchinine elettriche che collegano i vari punti del complesso con autisti sempre simpatici e disponibili

In realtà poche cose non mi sono piaciute e non determinanti o , come nel caso delle alghe, non dipendenti dalla struttura. Il periodo infatti (da aprile) e' quello della formazione di alghe sulla riva che per la verità cercano di contrastare raccogliendole in continuazione. Altra cosa che per me manca è l'accappatoio specie nelle camere oltre la "standard"

Me and my husband spent 4 days at this beautiful hotel. First time choosing this resort and we had a great time. Rooms are beautiful, super clean! we got 2 queen size beds instead of a King size I dont know why but anyway, food at the buffete was very good, we got there on a Saturday so specialty rstaurants were all booked, we were only able to book for La Hacienda mexican rest and I give them a 7 out 10. Drinks there were really good. 10-10 ALL waiters and staff members were great!!! Pools are amazing and there's plenty of them, so refreshing and i cant say it enough, it's so pretty!! The shows are excellent they really go above and beyond, ice cream at the ice cream shop not good, very watery and melting. No elevators but one in the middle of building 2 so you have to go up the stairs pretty much all the time.

It was my 3rd time to this resort absolutely love it. Don't read any of the negative reviews, go for yourself and experience the beauty. The only negative thing is the seaweed on the beach but that's almost everywhere in the Mayan.

My husband and I stayed at this property from April 11–18. Unfortunately, our overall experience was very disappointing due to consistently poor service and several operational issues throughout the resort. Upon arrival, the check-in experience was unwelcoming. There was no greeting or welcome drink, and the lobby staff appeared disengaged. We were not provided with clear direction or guidance, and there was a noticeable lack of attention to detail. During check-in, we were repeatedly encouraged to purchase the resort’s Platinum package, which felt more like a sales pitch than a hospitality-focused interaction. Elevators are extremely small and inconvenient, and the resort layout requires a long walk from the rooms to the lobby and beach. While golf carts are available, wait times were often lengthy. It became apparent that guests who do not purchase the Platinum package receive a lower level of service. Although the resort has recently been remodeled and appears to be accommodating a higher volume of guests, staffing levels and training do not seem adequate to meet demand. Overall, many staff members lacked basic customer service skills and professionalism. Dining was another significant disappointment. Restaurant reservations are limited to booking only three at a time, and availability was often restricted, making it difficult to plan meals around our vacation itinerary. Several of the restaurants we were able to try were underwhelming, both in food quality and level of service. Notably, the buffet offered better food and a more consistent experience than the sit-down restaurants, which was unexpected given the resort’s positioning. Additionally, the resort appeared to have lost much of its authentic Mexican cultural presence. The atmosphere seemed heavily catered to American and European guests, with music primarily in English and limited cultural representation. The food across the resort was very lightly salted, minimally seasoned, and lacked spice, which further detracted from an authentic dining experience. On several occasions, despite having the “Do Not Disturb” sign activated, staff responsible for refilling drinks entered our room without permission. This demonstrated a serious lack of respect for privacy and boundaries. We raised these concerns with the reservations and lobby staff, but the only response was an apology and an offer of a complimentary bottle of champagne. Unfortunately, the issue continued to occur, and we were again presented with the option to upgrade to the Platinum package—this time requiring an additional cost of $500 or more. Housekeeping service was also inadequate. Daily cleaning appeared to consist only of towel replacement, trash removal, and occasionally making the bed. There was no mopping, bathroom cleaning, or shower cleaning performed during our stay, which did not meet basic cleanliness expectations. Additionally, the air conditioning only adequately cooled the bathroom area, leaving the rest of the room uncomfortable. The shower water pressure was very poor, and water frequently pooled without fully draining, eventually spilling into the sink and toilet areas. Given the above issues, this stay did not meet reasonable expectations for service, cleanliness, comfort, dining, or overall professionalism. DO NOT STAY HERE. I personally recommend the following resorts: Barceló Maya Riviera - Adults only - All Inclusive and Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres.

Great resort, friendly staff….very clean large rooms…upgraded to platinum when we got there . What we really enjoyed with platinum was our chill out meal on the beach that was awesome. We enjoy our Michelob beer, so it was great we could get at the platinum bar. However I wish we could’ve got it throughout the whole resort. This was my fourth time coming to this resort and each time we enjoyed our shuttle driver Bernie. Bernie is totally awesome a great guy. We consider him our wonderful friend. Also, I would recommend the bartender Cero (we called him Cero the Hero) to make you his specialty shooter. It is delicious. Overall, once again, we had a wonderful amazing time and we’d like to thank all the friendly staff for making it a special holiday

La habitación excelente, renovada y muy cómoda. La atención y amabilidad recibida de la gente es espectacular , muy buen desayuno y comidas , todo perfecto. el Hotel es muy amplio y comodo mucho espacio en las piscinas. Excelente Opción que sin duda repetiríamos.

Nice break from normal life. Guest were very friendly and welcoming. The main city of Playa was an awesome visit. The food was amazing. The walk to the beach wasn’t far. Very, very clean and well kept. Great gym. Lots of places to eat. Shows were awesome.

Felt like a lot of the staff that spoke English was only due to the fact of them trying to sell you something, wheather it was pictures, time shares or excursions. It was hard to find a place of just being able to enjoy the peace na squirt of being on vacation.

Hermoso hotel, con muy buenas instalaciones, los restaurantes son buenos, el buffet es bastante bueno y hay gran variedad de comida y bebidas. Las actividades que realizan también son entretenidas.

Creo que el servicio de limpieza a la habitación podría mejorar un poco, el tiempo de espera era bastante largo en algunas ocasiones.
