good location

room was boiling hot. no windows. was woken up at 6am by extremely loud music that went on for about an hour before I decided to give up and get up and get out. poor.

"Better than expected stay in a city centre hotel"

Wasn't expecting breakfast so was a nice surprise when we were told it was available. Plenty of choice and a good start to the day

The room was quite hot so had to use the fan a lot which was quite noisy. I struggled with the bed - seemed fine I often struggle in different beds

"The Worst hotel in Plymouth I have ever stayed at."

Location

No windows which isn't clear on the description, they cancelled the original booking by telephone and I had to rebook via booking.com. Yet booking.com didn't seem aware. The second booking was more expensive, claiming to be a superior double. When we checked in they were turning people away saying they had been cancelled. Terribly run. No Aircon. Asked for a fan, though promised none appeared. I would avoid this hotel at all costs. The worst hotel I have ever had the misfortune to book out of necessity.
