We stayed at one of their properties on Tall Grass Place. It was a nice house, decorated in 90's decor but we didn't mind as we weren't there for the style. They had everything a family could need, even a high chair and playpen. We didn't need those items but I thought that was very considerate of them. The pool was clean, the air worked and the beds were what you'd expect from a hotel/rental. We had a good time and would stay with them again.

This home was one of the worst experiences ever. The access to the house was easy. However, we arrived at the home pretty late, and we're exhausted. When I went to lay in the bed i found dead bugs allover the box spring and mattress (mostly every room). i called the number given on the binder to let the owner know, and the trip went left from there. The owner (who wouldn't provide his name) told me those bugs were harmless and he will not call any out to clean them up. He told me if i had issues to take it up with the third party i booked through. i was so tired I didn't have the energy to debate the house conditions with him. i asked if he could turn the jacuzzi on he said no, you need to pay extra in advance to use this part of the home. That's crazy!!!!!! Also i booked through Expedia & that option was not there. There were no wash clothes in the home only towels. The house was very old and outdated. The house was super hot & the owner has a sign over the Thermostat that says we are not allowed to touch it or well be fined—too many rules. I would never recommend this place.

We liked the space it was open and big. What we didn’t like was it was dirty broken appliance pool dirty no kitchen towels or rags no wash rags several beds broken only 2 TVs in a house of 7 bdrm Unacceptable not enough pots to cook with for a big family we had to buy some. Maintenance guy was rude and no help.

This was the WORST stay I have ever had ! We could not swim in the pool , house was dirty , and also no communication from owners to fix issues what so ever . Pool screen was ripped so it was a countless amount of bugs EVERYWHERE pool was extremely DIRTY ! Such a unpleasant experience and bed in master bed room feels like card board ! Lots of dirty dishes in cabinets and house smelled like fish upon arrival . When I called owners and property management they did not respond . The property management company accidentally butt dialed me back and was super unprofessional when confronting about ignoring my calls but accidentally butt dialing me gossiping !!! RUN ! Don’t book here save your money !

The location smelt bad and the place was not the place I was suppose to be staying. We had to pay for WiFi and couldn’t get in contact with anyone.

Dirty place has flys inside property and garage ,pool dirty bed clothes smell no recomend

House is not as it looks in the photos. We killed 2 big spiders witch means house hasn’t been properly cleaned. I have pictures of the two spiders if they are needed.

I would N E V E R recommend staying at this property. This rental property is complete false advertisement. The pictures are NOT where you stay. The furniture was outdated. The TVs were old box style TVs. It was 90+ degrees outside and the temperature cannot be no more than 78. It has to be set on cool which is NOT AC. The pool was dirty. The sheets and towels were OLD and dingy. There were no face rags. They charged $287 for “smell of smoke” when no one smoked in their property.

Carpets were filthy pool was a nasty hot tub was broken nothing here works beds were awful to sleep on

This property needs a lot of updates and fumigation. The beds were very uncomfortable and there were bugs everywhere. The pool was great and the location was perfect.
