Everything was nice but when we arrive no internet or tv till the next day . It was off

My kids enjoyed being able to play in the pool and the house had plenty of space for the 5 of us so they had a great time m, the house was in a gated community so u would think our rental car was ok parked outside but it wasn’t someone tried to break into it and did damage to our rental car

I really did love this property a lot!!! I don’t think the heated pool was on that I paid for but everything else was wonderful and clean

I liked the area Close to Disney House was terrible had a smell from the carpets. 1 shower was broken We were 5 people with only 1 working shower for 6 days of the 10 They need pest control for the giant cockroaches Never again

There was no walk in shower. I reported the phone and WiFi out of order via email. The emailed back and said to phone the matainence people. The phone was out of order! The address for the rental company is a jewellery shop? On the plus side the villa was clean and in a good location. The pool gets the sun in the mornings and afternoon which was OK. But there was no safe in the property. Booking with Expedia was a nightmare best avoided.

When we arrived house was a mess dirty from the previous renters. Staff was hard to get in contact with. When I finally got in touch with someone the lady was very rude and hung up the phone all because I was getting loud. When she should of felt my fustration. We arrived 3am to a completely dirty house bed was not made when the cleaning people finally came it was 1pm the next day. However the cleaning man did an amazing job! Very very unacceptable 830 Sussex Drive was the address. We couldn’t heat the Pool cause they stopped answering our calls

When we got to the house there was a whole other family there. After almost 30 minutes we were sent to another home which you can tell no one has been there to really clean it. The house was dusty and the pool area was horrible. No wifi and no one at the office to contact about it. I normally have nothing, but nice things to say, but this time I was very disappointed . And on top of that my deposit was never given back to me. The pool Table in the game room was broken and sticky. The Air Hockey Table was missing pieces. The house was dusty and full of ants. We spend most of our stay cleaning and killing ants. The Pool area was full of dirt and just looked abandoned .

Horrible host! They got you settled in to the house then you’re on your own. House has no internet or the internet login info was wrong. The whole entire house of 6 bedrooms 4 baths for rent and there’s only one torn up bath towel and 1 worn out hand towel. I text the host and she never responded. There were bed bugs on pillows and blankets has yellowish stains we have to wash them. And there were ants inside the house too.. I’ve rented many vacation home and this is the worst

We were looking forward to the house as the photos looked nice and the pool in the backyard looked nice as well. The day before we arrived, we were assigned the address and had to pay $97.00 for the “resort fee.” Fine, no big deal. When we got the address, the property was in Davenport, FL not the Kissimmee area we booked. This was inconvenient but still thought it would be okay as the photos of the property looked nice. We arrived at 4:45pm local time. We walked in and immediately noticed the walls were badly damaged, poor paint jobs to cover up scratches, the tile floors had cracks. The living room had disgusting furniture, stains everywhere, the carpet in the living room was riddled with stains. The television in the living room was a 20” tv with no remotes that worked. In the entertainment center there was a plastic cup with water in it, looked like it was missed during cleaning. There was a comb next to the plates on the kitchen table. We went to the bedroom and saw the comforter was stained with white spots and Then we saw bits of scrambled egg on the carpet in the bedroom. The blinds to all the patio doors were busted, they wouldn’t open or shut. We went to the pool (enclosed with screens to keep bugs out). The screens were falling down. No covers on the pool filters. Upstairs bathroom had mold growing. You had to pay for WiFi, but nobody answered the phone to buy WiFi. We left. Never was refunded for the resort fee. Management blew us off. Absolutely horrible. Gross.

Family enjoyed the stay overall.
