Orlando Renters

The property management company for this vacation home rental is terrible. The pool was dirty because it was full of bugs and grass clippings. We asked them to clean it, 4 days later they showed up. I had a friend visit with a small dog, once they saw that they evicted us from the property with threats. Terrible company, I feel bad for the investor the property was clean otherwise.

Checking in was easy as the info was sent to me the day prior to check in. We didn’t know what to expect except number of bedrooms, bathrooms & pool since they combine all photos of all their houses on every listing. If you don’t care what to expect then not a big deal, I like to see exactly what the house looks like but didn’t realize that until after arriving. The house was clean & ready for us. The beds are the worse part of the entire house. If you have back problems bring a mattress topper or air mattress, i promise it’ll be more comfortable than the beds. We didn’t have hot water our first night so I text the number provided a couple of times with no response. Once we returned home from the park I called the other number listed & I believe it was the owner picked up. He walked me through how to trouble shoot the water heater & that fixed it. Other than that we had no issues.

My stay was good there. I arrived at the rental which I booked a 4 Bedroom executive with a game room with pool. Which is more money than the regular rental. I sent a message on the night of arrival. I got no respone. I again sent another message the next day as well and also called the property manager no answer. So I contacted Expedia they tried calling no answer. Expedia sent an email. I ask them to see if I can get a credit of some type since the rental was not as listed. They replied back to Expedia that there is a game room in the club house which that is not listed in the amenities. And that I could not get a credit for the unit not having what they listed in the posting and pictures for the rental. I got an email from them thanking me for my stay and again I sent them another message that they still have not replied to. I must say this was not the way to handle the situation but this rental company doesn't response to your concerns.

On the site the home was advertised as if it was in the Champions gate community and it was not when I pulled up the house was not as it was advertised online the walls were dirty the house was very small the furniture was old and raggedy the carpet was dirty as hell the beds were old the kitchen was filthy the vents had so much dust on them it was ridiculous I tried contacting them to let them know that I want a refund for my state or they need to find me another home to go in they did not return any calls or refund my money I left the day early and I want a full refund for my stay I came there because it was my daughter's cheer competition in Tampa and we decided to stay in Orlando because they have better things to do with the kids but I regret it that very quick they need to remodel this home and then not only that a big black bear was on the same street I was on I was so scared my kids could not even play outside we did not get in the pool it was terrible

Everything was lovely! The house was gorgeous and relaxing i felt right at home:)

For the price was good had a pool lots of bedrooms bathrooms washer and dryer old and dryer did not work but they had them dishwasher seemed old and dirty but worked had all cooking supplies which was good carpet had lots of stains for the price was not that bad

check in was okay until i found a dryer full of towels that the maids didnt fold and put away and then from sunday through thursday there was a big issue with the smoke detectors they kept going off every 20-30 minutes and i tried to call i couldnt reach nobody i left messages and finally on the day before i leave somebody comes out and fixes the alarm so literally the whole 4 days i got hardly no sleep then i was told by expedia that all my fees were included i ended up having to pay an additional $97 and then the pool was not heated it was freezing cold but they claim the pool was heated so we hardly could use the pool due to no heat in it but other than that it was a good stay

Good location, but in the need of some updating.
