Love of Lugano

Posizione rispetto al centro ed alla stazione. Presenza di parcheggio auto.

Per la gestione cucina non mi era stato indicato che non avrei trovato i consumabili minimi indispensabili: sale, olio, sapone piatti, zucchero. I rifiuti non è possibile differenziarli.

Eine sehr schöne, große und saubere Wohnung in einer tollen Lage. Die Wohnung verfügte über alle nötigen Haushaltsgegenstände. Das Seeufer, die Parkaanlage und die Fußgängerpromenade waren in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Ein Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage rundet den positiven Eindruck ab. Die Vermietagentur befand sich in 500 m Entfernung (freundlichen Mitarbeiter, deutschsprechend).

Die zentrale Lage führte auch zu einer extremen Lärmbelästigung durch den Straßenverkehr und durch eine in der unmittelbaren Nähe befindliche Großbaustelle. Durch große Bäume fällt wenig Tageslicht in das Innere der Wohnung hinein.

Just perfect. Clean and updated. In the middle of everything

It was unclear who to message being provided with 6 people's individual numbers and when messaging the main company, they made us feel like we should know who is on-call (this isn't posted anywhere). When messaging, they didn't respond timely or didn't respond at all. Wifi was unclear, dryer was broken (full lights up), clothes washing machine had error code E20 when using. Given poor communication we didn't bother trying to get these resolved. Place was very nice, management seems like it needs to do better with communication and facilities .

Apartamento incrível, bem o centro de Lugano há poucos passos do lago. Todos os utensílios completos. Amei. Muito limpo e bem localizado

radiator in the bathroom was defective, vacuum cleaner not so absorbent

Excellent property, very well located and with all acommodations. Very nice and modern.
