This apartment is perfect. The check in details were clear and worked perfectly, they even let us check in a bit early. The garage for parking is great with lift up to apartment, this was great with our heavy cases. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. A complimentary bottle of Prosecco was a lovely gesture. Little balcony off bedroom was great for breakfast and evening drink. Location is great just a short stroll to centre and a beautiful Lido. Lugano is so beautiful, we didn’t want to leave.

This is a stylish roomy apartment on the edge of the old town in a nice building. We enjoyed the novelty of having shutters, the open view, and the small balcony that we could sit out on and enjoy a drink.

Impersonal. The experience would be better if more information was provided. As most of the appliances are European, North Americans might be confused by the icons on the oven and induction range. Some basic explanations in English would make using them less of a guessing game. The unit appliances need to be inspected - the freezer compartment doors were frozen shut and the washer would not run on a regular cycle. In fairness, the staff did offer to send someone to look at the freezer but we declined as it was not something we needed to use. Who wants to have service people around on one's vacation? Bring everything you need. This is the only place we've ever rented that had a kitchen but no basics such as salt, pepper or paper towel. Bring your detergent for the washer. Bring Nespresso pods for the coffee machine. For a stay of 5 nights we were given 1 tab of dishwasher detergent and 30ml of dish washing liquid. There is only one cutting board and it is a thin piece of plastic. One side for bread, one side for meat? There is a fine TV but you will need to either create an account or have an existing Netflix, Apple+ etc to use it as there are TV channels available. The money spent on the complementary wine bottle on arrival would be better spent on adding in a few starter basics for the user.

Fantastic apartment, excellent location, quiet, good amenities, communicative and helpful staff, lift access, small balcony.

This property could easily be a 10/10 if some small things were fixed. E.g., bedroom door doesn’t shut, vacuum cleaner has something wrong and makes an intolerable shrieking noise when used, washing machine needs to be fixed, dryer missing a filter of the right size so that clothes get lodged in awkward places, TV only works with an Apple account, some mysterious random buzzing noises from A/C at night…. Really small things, but there are quite a few.

Great location especially for reaching the congress center. But it’s also great for getting to the lake and the old town. Getting into the flat was super easy and the parking space was convenient (even though a bit tight for a VW Camper). The kitchen was well equipped and cosy furniture provided. Nothing was missing:)

Just 2 minor things: one chair and one spot lamp in the bathroom were broken and the crib provided for extra money was too small for a 2-year-old. It would have been perfect for babies up to one year old.

Clean, good location

No duvets for 4 people. The locker used to store the keys does not work very well (dififficult to inform the password)

Amazing location and a fantastic apartment

Right in the center of Lugano, clean apartment with all the necessities. Two things i have to mention are the motorcycles parking that is noisy up to late hours and difficult parking space in the garage, rent a small car. Other than that , we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it for our friends and family.
