Die Lage ist wunderbar, das Apartment an sich war nett eingerichtet und die Ausstattung für einen Aufenthalt in Ordnung. Die Mitarbeiter waren bei Problemen gut erreichbar und antworteten schnell.

Im ersten Apartment funktionierte die Tür leider nicht, leider wurde uns erst nach längerer Wartezeit ein anderes Zimmer angeboten. Beide Zimmer waren nicht sehr gründlich gereinigt und die Einrichtung ist bei näherem Hinsehen abgerockt. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig! Unter unserer Matratze lag ein Holzgestell mit Pappe als Polsterung, weil das Lattenrost kaputt war, das führte dazu dass man absolut jede kleine Bewegung im Bett sehr laut hören konnte (Zimmer 6) das sollte dringend vom Betreiber geändert werden.

Kasa Del Ray had a few issues during my stay. First, the room I was initially assigned didn’t match any of the photos on the listing—it simply wasn’t shown on the site. After I raised the concern, I was moved to a nicer room. Second, there was a recurring fire alarm issue—one day it went off for several hours, and on another, it lasted a couple of hours. It was disruptive and frustrating. Additionally, the front door keypad lock to enter the building was broken - usable, but broken (see image). On the positive side, the staff was responsive and easy to reach. Parking was free and plentiful, which I appreciated. The Del Ray location is fantastic—very close to DC and a charming, walkable neighborhood with everything you need nearby.

STAFF IS NOT UNDERSTANDING OR EMPATHETIC. WE ASKED TO BE REFUNED AND LEAVE A NIGHT EARLY BC THE AC WAS OUT AND IT WAS 92 DEGREES IN THE BUILDING.

Kasa Del Ray was a perfect selection! They were very accommodating and prompt. The location was close to so much plus a cool restaurant right next door. The parking was great! Just an overall enjoyable stay. I plan to stay there again when I visit the DMV.
