My experience here was quite mixed, but overall I wouldn’t stay here again. Here’s the detailed pros and cons: Pros: 1. Comfortable bed, good aircon, huge pool 2. The shower was malfunctioning wherein it was shooting water to the adjoining toilet area and soaked all the toilet paper, but i highly commend the maintenance staff for being able to fix it quite fast. The maintenance staff were the only saving grace of this resort in terms of service. Cons: 1. The airport transfer was not complimentary and was exorbitantly expensive. We paid P1,750 for a 17-min ride (11km) to the airport. That’s crazy expensive. 2. There was a huge wedding event that coincided with our stay. Usually it wouldn’t be an issue. However, their service was compromised for other paying guests who were not part of the wedding party. When I tried ordering dessert at the restaurant, the staff said that they will need to FETCH the pastry chef from the wedding reception to fulfill my order. After a few minutes, the staff just said that my order wasn’t available. This makes me think that the resort should not have accepted bookings from “other guests” if they won’t be able to render the SAME level of service for all guests because they were busy fussing over the wedding guests. We were treated like “second-rate guests” who were of lesser priority. 3. The music from the wedding reception was blasting until 2am which made it hard to sleep. So if you had the misfortune of booking a date that coincides with a huge event, then good luck, the sound will reverberate throughout the resort. 4. I already paid the extra person charge (P1,800) upon check-in. Upon check-out, they asked us to pay the extra person charge again (they didn’t make the effort to FIRST check their record before asking me to pay). So I needed to desperately look for the tiny piece of paper which was the credit card charge receipt to prove I already paid it. It’s weird though, why did they not update their system as soon as I paid it during check-in? Secondly, aren’t there two copies of the credit card slip (a merchant copy and a customer copy)? So my advice to other guests who are still planning to book this resort: KEEP EVERY SINGLE RECEIPT. 5. I booked two rooms w/ 2 queen beds in each room. One of the rooms they gave me only had 1 bed, so I needed to ask them to change the room to the one I actually booked and paid for. 6. There was Coffeemate and sugar in the room, but no coffee (not even instant coffee). You need to request for the coffee. But why is there Coffeemate in the first place but no coffee? Conclusion: I wouldn’t stay here again. I’ve had a much better experience elsewhere in Camiguin. There are huge pools in Metro Manila: it’s not what I came to Camiguin for. The cons outweighed the pros.

The staff was polite and helpful. Beautiful location and views. Not too far from the port. Two restaurants with different menu choices was great. One area of the pool was out of order, would have been a better visit if that part was working. I would definitely stay there again.

The resort itself is amazing but the front desk staff were not friendly at all. When we came, she immediately informed me about what we need to pay and stuff like and it made us feel like they are all up to money and making sure we can pay. Not even asking us if we are comfortable at the moment and how was our flight/travel.
