Chiara was wonderful and served a great breakfast. She was a great help about local knowledge and advising where to bus bus tickets.

We booked a room with a terrace but sadly the only furniture were 3 rusty pieces which were unusable so we were unable to take advantage of it. There were no hangers in the room so we weren't able to hang any clothes up.

Le personnel est tellement gentil et accueillant, et tellement réactif. On se sent accueillis chaleureusement ! La chambre était très bien, décorée avec du charme, et nous avions notre propre terrasse. La salle de bain était grande, propre et avait beaucoup de rangements disponibles pour poser des affaires

C'est écrit sur Booking qu'il y a un parking inclus. Ce n'est pas le cas mais on peut assez facilement se garer dans le quartier

Beautiful room with the most amazing host. Chiara who takes care of the property is so friendly, respectful and professional, and was always there to help if we needed anything! I highly recommend a stay in Palazzo Grassi if you go to Gallipoli. it is a short walk to the old town, and it is calmer and nicer to be a bit away from all the tourist spots.

Pięknie urządzone wnętrza, z antykami, czujesz się jak mieszkaniec zamku lub zamożnej kamienicy, duża przestrzeń, pyszne śniadania, pokoje sprzątane codziennie , przemiła gospodyni, zawsze pozostająca do dyspozycji. Dziękujemy. Grazie mille
