C15 - The Patio do Convento Apartment

I do not recommend it. Several things are broken in the apartment - the bathroom cabinet door was hanging on one hinge, the door handle is falling off. The kitchen has a limited range of kitchen utensils (no cutting board, only 2 teaspoons). We did not have hot water (thank you for sending a repairman the second day and repairing everything). There were only 2 blankets for 6 people, only 1 blanket was brought on the first evening, we had to cover ourselves with a bath towel at night... 3 more blankets were brought on the second day. Toilet paper is in short supply and it is impossible to get more. You have to take out the garbage bags yourself, but the staff cannot tell you where the container is, you have to go around the block to look for it yourself, otherwise you have to pay a fine of 20 euros for not taking out the garbage. But the apartment is spacious, with a large terrace, a pool table and the possibility of using the common pool in the yard. Good location, near supermarkets, bus station and old city.

Property was good, good location. It was a little dated and could do with kitchen fridge etc updated.

The staff at Dream team where we had to collect keys. Property wasn’t cleaned until after 4pm so we could not check in until 5:30 pm. Unacceptable. Also the man at Dream team was extremely rude, arrogant and ignorant when I complained about such a late check in time. I had originally requested an early check in between 1-2 pm but because they were charging €40, I cancelled this request. Will never stay at any property connected to Dream team.

Good location, pool, good shower over the bath

Super spacious but not set up for guests - Broken bed with no slats 4 out of the other 5 beds were rock hard 2 stained double duvets but no covers and not enough for 3 separate beds anyway Broken toilet seat Frying pans scrubbed to death Dishwasher not working Grubby patio area Outdoor cushions mouldy and grubby 4 pint glasses all the glasses there - less glasses than beds Electrics dodgy with flickering lights, bedside lights with exposed wires, extremely noisy bathroom fan that came on of its own accord night and day Electric board tripped and we woke up 3 out of 6 mornings with no lights and couldn’t see as we had the shutters down and couldn’t lift them as they too were electric Grubby floor in the hall by the WiFi- obviously sloshed over with a mop but not actually ever moved Large hole in one of the bathroom floor tiles that was seeping water Electric heater broken (was replaced) Requested support from the agency wasn’t fully responsive - most disappointingly once we were there I found a load of reviews talking about the slats on the bed and some other issues so the agency have been aware and done nothing about this. Requested full attendance on all issues otherwise we would like to move, only a handful of things were addressed Lovely flat with potential to be absolutely gorgeous holiday apartment but either ill managed by the agency and/or the owner doesn’t want to spend any money on upkeep. Instead I spent a lot of my holiday sorting out maintenance issues which I definitely didn’t need as we had gone to relax, work some of the time and for my daughter to study. At least the WiFi worked when the electricity was functioning.

terrible customer service broken air con had to sleep in clothes the first night as the Aircon was broken and the apartment was freezing. dishwasher had a foul smell and also didn't work washing machine was filthy until we cleaned it missing light bulbs broken toilet seat bed fell apart around me, missing slats and broken slats handles on the doors not fitted correctly and just fall off, I got stuck in the toilet and had to be rescued, my sister got stuck in the bedroom and had to be rescued.

The spaciousness of the rooms and the living room and especially the terrace, which has a pool table which is appreciated
