Totally disappointed.

We paid for an air conditioned apartment. The air conditioning units in the main living area and the main bedroom were broken. A maintenance man came over to look at them and was already aware that they were not working. He brought fans - that is not what I paid for. It was 87 degrees during the day. There were a lot of maintenance issues with this unit and it should be taken off the market until they are repaired. I wrote to the owner about the AC not working and the owner never replied back. The listing stated that there was parking but the only parking was on the street which was difficult to find . We had to park away from the building. The mattresses on the beds were as hard as the floor. The pool table couldn't be used because the cue sticks had destroyed tips on them. There was no hair dryer in the unit (which was stated in the listing that there was). We had to go back to the rental office to pick one up. The toilet seat and the faucet in the sink of the main bathroom were broken. Most of the locks on the sliding doors throughout the apartment did not lock. I do not recommend this place.

Likes: Location/hot water/showers/cleanliness/kitchen utilities (excluding pans)/free parking/swimming pool/quiet location but easy access to town and marina

Dislikes: Not enough pans and glasses/frying pan requires replacing/patio furniture needs replacing/pool cues had no tips/pool table needs re-felting
