C15 - The Patio do Convento Apartment

Modern and clean.

Only the location

Wardrobe was broken, kitchen cutlery were not sufficient and very old. Owner don’t listen to your issues.

Location was ok. Short walk to the city center. Large apartment with multiple rooms. Large outdoor area and playground for children. Plenty of free parking nearby.

Couldn't figure out the light switches. There were several and none seemed to work the front entry light. Each room had an air conditioning unit but only one had a working remote. One of the bedroom a/c units kept shutting off. Walked into the kitchen to find the refrigerator smelling very badly of rotten food. The kitchen was also infested with baby roaches. We were only staying for one night and thankfully we didn't need to use the kitchen so we shut the door and told everyone to stay out. Unfortunately the place was not as clean as I would have wanted.

Very comfortable apartment, well located and with practically everything you need.

It could improve one aspect or another but nothing special.

The location is good and the apartment is very big.

The apartment needs repairs. The bed was missing the wood underneath, the mattress was uneven... When we arrived at 5 p.m., although check-in was at 4 p.m., we found the apartment dirty and not ready for us... even after they cleaned it , in the bathroom and kitchen were small bugs... It's a shame that this apartment is not properly maintained!

The location and the size

It was poorly maintained overall. Missing slats on the bed meant the mattress fell through and wasn’t comfortable. The pool table was filthy and cues had no tips. Stains on the sofas. Air con units not working or with no remote. Lightbulbs missing.

The location and the swimming pool

The outdoor furniture on the balcony is a disgrace with dirty cushions and holes in the seats - of which there were only 5 for a 7 person apartment. The facilities in the kitchen are very poor. Not enough crockery or glasses. No basic cutlery or corkscrew The freezer door didnt close and leaked everywhere. The fridge was dirty. Also The check-in time is too late. The agency Dream Algarve are more like a nightmare.
