C15 - The Patio do Convento Apartment

The apartment is very spacious, with plenty of room for our teenagers. The balcony is great with three separate spaces for eating, playing pool, and watching TV. Access to the pool via the balcony and through the communal terrace was a bonus. We also loved the easy walk to the Marina and the Old Town.

The apartment could use maintenance in some areas. This did not negatively impact our stay though.

The apartment is spacious and within fairly easy walking distance of the marina and central Lagos. The terrace is very large with covered and open areas.

There was a slight air of neglect; various items were missing or not fully operational. We could connect to the router but that did not seem to be actually linking to the internet so we had no signal. When reported, we were advised to unplug and then reconnect the router to reset the system. However, that did not solve the problem. The advertised hairdryer was absent. There was a plethora of remote controls, some of which did not seem to relate to any devices present, but not all worked or were fitted with batteries. We found only one working for the aircon units and had to take it from room to room as required. In one bathroom, the toilet seat was loose and water from the sink leaked into the vanity unit cupboard wetting our sponge bags.

Very clean, good location to walk Lagos. Patio lovely with morning sun and afternoon shade. Very quiet. Kitchen was adequate.

We are seniors and the Beds too hard to sleep, Maintenance poor - lightbulbs missing, wifi didn't work, faucet loose in small bathroom, door handle on bedroom falls off when closing, lamp broken. If more people stayed there are not enough dishes. Couches need cleaning. Pillows need replacing in bedroom and outdoor furniture. We are more familiar with Airbnb bookings.
