Very clean hotel with large rooms and a very friendly staff. Dinner was very good and they have a nice lounge and bar area.

Hot water was off for a week. No urgency in repairs even after complaints. Had to take cold showers throughout my entire stay. They might have fixed it on my the last day , but I would not know— muddy water kept coming for over 30 minutes in the taps. So i finally used the bottle water to wash and left. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I wanted to recognize the amazing service I received from Savannah, who works at the market in the lobby. I wasn’t feeling well during my stay, and although she was on her way out, she still stopped to help me with a tea and made sure I was taken care of. Her kindness, patience, and willingness to go above and beyond truly stood out. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares the way she did, and her customer service made a lasting impression on me. Thank you, Savannah, for making a rough day a little better.

The staff was friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating. The property was clean and well-maintained. We needed a few items for the dance convention, and they were more than happy to help. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient.

Jason Dee was great he was super Accommodating when it came to get me in my room early and getting with the manager when the shower would not get hot. The hotel is great and the location awesome. The food downstairs was also great but the service was a little slow even though they were not particularly busy.

What should have been the start of a relaxing trip turned into one of the most frustrating hotel experiences I’ve ever had. We arrived with a confirmed reservation, only to be told they were “out of rooms.” Strangely, while we stood there while waiting for more answers, they continued checking in other guests behind us. She said it was because they were confirmed. My reservation was confirmed too. We specifically booked this property for the quality and convenience, and instead ended up displaced and scrambling with children after a long day of travel. The worst part? I had to breastfeed my 6-month-old baby in a parking lot at midnight since we didn't have any room. No family should be put in that position after paying for accommodations in advance. Overbooking is one thing — treating paying customers like they’re disposable is another. If you value your vacation, your time, or basic customer service, I would strongly recommend being extremely cautious before booking here.

The lobby area was clean, spacious, and beautiful. The atmosphere was pleasant and welcoming. From the front desk, market, restaurant, bar, and cleaning staff they were all incredible.
