"Friendly Service and Amazing Food"

Adam honestly made our whole experience at the Hyatt Regency Frisco. From the moment we sat down, he was so friendly and welcoming—it just felt easy and comfortable right away. He took really good care of us without it ever feeling like “over-the-top” service. He checked in at the right times, made great suggestions, and just had a really genuine, positive attitude the whole time. You can tell he actually enjoys what he does, and it makes a big difference. And the food was so good—everything we ordered was fresh and full of flavor. Between the amazing food and Adam’s service, it turned into a really great experience. We’ll definitely be back!

Every time I stay at any Hyatt, it is consistently, across the board top notch service. From the front desk attendees to housekeeping, to the wait staff, I always leave happy after a stay at a Hyatt Hotel. I travel for work and I am willing to spend a little bit of extra money to stay at a clean, friendly and welcoming hotel. I have stayed at 6 or 7 different Hyatts all across the state and they are all very consistently impeccable!

"Great hotel experience"

The hotel overall was exceptional—beautifully maintained and impeccably clean. As Globalist members, we were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded without asking, which made our stay feel even more special. The breakfast was excellent, but what truly elevated our experience was Kidest. She was attentive, genuinely kind, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable dining experience.

Hyatt Regency/Frisco Dallas Texas. Very clean and inviting. Atmosphere vibes were spot on. You could walk to the mall and restaurants in the same complex which was fantastic. Good parking. Staff Very nice.
