A beautiful property. We stay here as often as we can. Direct access to stonebriar mall and a nice family friendly pool to relax.

Me and my mom was just sitting and waiting around and chef Ramsey was so nice to hand us a free cheesecake to try! Ontop of that, the desk staff were very sweet and I felt very welcomed even if I weren’t staying!

Stayed at this property for a business meeting. The hotel is modern and clean. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Was surprised by the early check in fee, I am a Hilton Honors Diamond member, and they do not assess such fee.

I've stayed at a lot of hotels, but my recent visit to the Hyatt Regency Frisco genuinely stood out and a huge part of that was because of Patrick at the front desk. From the moment I arrived, Patrick's energy and personality set the tone for my entire stay. He wasn't just checking me in, he was welcoming me. His warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care made me feel like a valued guest rather than just another reservation. You could tell he truly loves what he does, and that enthusiasm is contagious. Patrick went above and beyond in ways that are hard to put into words, but easy to feel. He made sure I had everything I needed and left me with the kind of impression that makes you look forward to coming back. The hotel itself is wonderful, but it's people like Patrick who elevate a great property into a truly memorable experience. I'm already hoping he's at the front desk on my next visit. Highly recommend this hotel. Will absolutely be back.

My experience with my stay was fantastic! From the seamless check-in, to the cleanliness of the room, to the staff , it was all fantastic!! I'd like to pint out my server Joshua during breakfast. I felt like I was being treated at a 5 star restaurant. My cup was always full, I never went without a condiment, and the food was piping hot... just like I like it. I will be back next weekend and hope to see Joshua again at breakfast!

I love coming here for my business trips. They have great amenities, pool and work out area are immaculate, and the security of the elevators is great because you have to use your room key to access the rooms. The breakfast is always amazing and it's connected to the mall so if I didn't have something, I could easily walk to go get it. Would heavily recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing luxurious stay.

Great location; excellent polite employees; rooms very clean and nice; no noise at all; great coffee shop on site. Could not have ask for anything better. Definitely will stay again.

Everything about this stay was good to very good. From the quick check-in, the room upgrade, the overall cleanliness of the property, my expectations were exceeded. Shoutout to Joshua for both breakfast and dinner at the restaurant - he was professional, attentive, very efficient in his interaction both with me as well as the other guests. He is very solid example of what sets Hyatt apart from the other hotel options.
