Hyatt Regency Frisco-Dallas

It was close to the convention center and I liked that the shuttle transported us for free

When we arrived, our hotel was not ready even though I received confirmation my room was ready. We had to wait several hours before we were able to check in and we eventually had to leave to go back to our event which ultimately wasted uber money there and back as we took an uber before we found out about the shuttle. We didn’t get to check in until after the even which was almost 8pm

Very clean, staff was nice and helpful. We were able to use the outdoor pool, would have liked it to be more upgraded and a bit cleaner.

Loved my stay here with my husband. Staff was helpful & kind. Room was nice, comfortable, spacious & clean. The location is perfect as well, you can walk to the mall and other shopping center nearby. Will come back in the summer and enjoy the pool this time around.

Staff very welcoming. There was a wedding party and we did not have any issues with noise level. Rooms were very clean and spacious! We were very close to the attractions that we went to which was a plus with having kids under 10! We will be booking again!

Savannah went above and beyond in making our experience special and she was very helpful in meeting all of our needs.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful from checking in to check out. The hotel cleanliness was exceptional. We will be returning!

We stayed at Hyatt Regency Frisco to celebrate my birthday, and it ended up being such a memorable experience from start to finish. As a Globalist, we were upgraded to a suite, which made the stay feel extra special right away. They also provided a $30 dining credit, and dinner turned out to be the highlight of our night. We had the most incredible brisket tacos - truly some of the best we’ve had. Chef Gordon came out and shared that the brisket is smoked in-house, and you can absolutely taste the difference. He was so kind and genuinely passionate, which made the experience even better. To top it all off, they surprised us with a small cheesecake to share for my birthday. It was such a thoughtful touch and really made the night feel special. Overall, the service, food, and attention to detail were outstanding. We’ll definitely be back!

Gladys was sooo fantastic our entire stay. My husband and I came down for coffee each morning we were here. She makes amazing Lattes and is sooo friendly. You don’t encounter many people who exhibit genuine customer service so she was a breath of fresh air!

Very beautiful, clean hotel and staff is very accommodating and were there for anything that we needed. Connected to the mall also so you can shop and lots of choices for food as well

Hyatt Regency never disapoints. Easy access to shopping and dining. Hotel is clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful.
