Very nice location and close to many sightseeing spots

The amenities, dust bin,... could have been cleaned more regularly.

Staff worked very hard because only one person But all day meet friendly

The ventilation fan is weak

If you want to see the actual Suzhou and want to feel like home then without any second thought go for the booking.

The hostel is really well located in Suzhou, basically 1km of walk from the old Pingjiang streets and rivers, it's also very close to a subway station. The landlady was friendly and spoke good English, her dog is funny and greeted us well.

The room however is small and not really clean, we paid for a room with private bathroom and the bathroom with toilet is right inside of the room, separated by a sliding doors which were very hard to open from both sides. The beds were stiff but clean overall and the AC worked fine. The walls were very thin and we heard every noise from the corridor, and people keep slamming doors very hard. All equipments in the room seemed overused and not clean, of course we know it's a hostel but still we paid a higher price than other 4-star hotels we stayed in so we don't feel that it was a fair value for money.

location is very convenient

Bathroom door lock is broken, no toilet paper equipped.

Convenient located in the heart of old city this is a well operated hostel, Claire is very helpful and speaks fluent English. I’m very glad I chose to stay here while in Suzhou.

The staff was very helpful with all my questions/problems.
