Maybe good for non-Chinese speakers as the stuff can speak English pretty well. The same price can find a better hotel next door in the local area.

The staff was very good in English and gave me a lot of good recommendation for food and sightseeing nearby there. It's near to bus stop, metro station and Shungta Market that has many kinds of food.

No curtain for the bed for shared bedrooms which is really bothering when people go in and out early in the morning or really late at night. The shower is not really clean.

Everything was exceptional! From the customer service at the time of booking to the stay itself. From the very beginning, Claire helped me with information on how to get to the place, even coming from another city. She was always available from the moment of reservation until the end of the stay. The place is amazing and very well-equipped! Quiet, charming, safe, and located in a beautiful area, perfect for exploring both day and night. I highly recommend it to everyone!

Great, kind and helpful stuff, incl. their little dog. Amazing location, close to the subway station, food market and the historical area of Suzhou. Reasonably clean. Fast WiFi.

Only one light in the whole room, it would be great if each bunk bed would have its own little lamp. No curtains on the bed for privacy.

Very clean, all the amenities I could ask for (plastic slippers, showers, towel, a little gym and cheap laundry ) easy to get to by metro (5-10 min walk) and the staff are friendly/helpful!
