Very comfortable, quiet and ideal for my overnight stopover for work. The double bed was made up from two singles pushed together, which was fine for me but might be uncomfortable for others.

Staff are very welcoming. The bedroom was beautifully clean and spacious. Trains and buses provide for easy access to travel. The food was excellent.

Perfect. We stayed as were attending a gig in Cardiff. Easy walk to the train station. No problem with late check in. Room was immaculate and comfy. Breakfast was just right, enough of a selection without being over the top or wasteful. Would absolutely stay again

"Lovely drinks on the terrace!"

So myself and my friend decided to go to the mercure hotel for some drinks, what a night we had!! Very chilled, lovely atmosphere, a special mention to Khalis behind the bar as he was amazing with us! Was very helpful with prices, etc! Couldn’t thank him enough!
