Very clean and modern and central to the city

Really nice hotel. Junior suit was perfect as my daughter had her own double bed to sleep in at the front of the suite and we had large double bed on other side. Bathroom huge and lovely walk in shower. Staff very friendly breakfast was lovely and included in the price of the room which was reasonable. Beds were comfortable also. We stayed on top floor (floor 15) had a lovely view. Would highly recommend. Parking is a bit of a nightmare but we parked overnight in the adjacent debenhams carpark and walked 2 mins to hotel. Location good as there are shops and restaurants on your doorstep if you want to eat outside the hotel.

Comfortable bedding, beautiful view of the city and accessible shower was great for my arthritic knees as a chair was available. Staff were helpful and looked after our luggage well. Slight improvements could be made on the cleaning due to finding small stains on towels and shower curtain, but everything else including the bed was perfect. Was very pleased to see a hotel that included eco friendly benefits and would love to see more of it in other hotels in the future!

Terrible neighbours floor 5. Partying all night, in out of room - no one dare approach them as unruly and drunk - maybe drugs as well and seemed to have blank expression looking through you - not even prepared to listen and be quiet at 3am in morning, then 4, 5 etc, and bring local women in as well. A complete wasted nights sleep and built up anger. And had to do a full days work. Hotel staff were probably at risk as well if they approached them. Guests were rude, arrogant and ungrateful. But should be named and barred for life. Scum. 2nd night hotel moved room for me as they were still there - had a link door so noise travelled more. Not hotels fault to be be marked down due to a couple complete idiots as have stopped before and will stop again. Lovely hotel.

All as should be. Nice clean room. Good bar, swift check in and out. Highlight is the friendliness of every staff member I had an interaction with. Well done.

Visited as part of a large group (28 people) for food. We had pre ordered and everything arrived as ordered. Fab choice and we were all really happy with the food. Excellent service and will definitely return
