Very comfortable bed and pillows. The food was delicious and well priced. We were able to order any time of day which was great. Also did the cooking class and loved it!!

This hotel was such AMAZING value!! It's not right in the Old Quarter – it's about 10-15 minutes walk away but still very easy to get to and from the old quarter. The beds were hand's down the most comfortable beds I had in any hotel during my trip to Vietnam – more comfortable than my own bed at home! The staff were super, super friendly and we booked several tours through the hotel. We also booked bikes through the hotel to cycle to the local beach.

This is a small thing, but the only thing to note is that you have to buzz the front gate to get back into the hotel. So we felt kind of bad coming back to the hotel after being out late and having to buzz in and wake the host up to let us in. Or one day when it was raining and we had to wait outside for a few minutes for the host to come and let us in. It's really a small thing because the hosts didn't mind opening the gate and letting guests back in no matter what time it is, but I did feel a little bad waking them up every night when we needed to be let in. I would have preferred the option of a key or key card that unlocks the front gate so we could come and go as we please. But other than that, it was a phenomenal stay and we would 100000000% stay here again.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Our room was nice and spacious as well as the bathroom. Air con worked well and bed was comfy. Can’t comment on the swimming pool as we didn’t use.

Cannot say enough good things about our stay. The room was perfect, the location priceless and we were welcomed and looked after each and every moment. The home cooked breakfasts were delicious and any activity can be organised for you and nothing is too much trouble. The kids enjoyed daily swims and we were thankful for getting daily laundry washed and delivered to us for a tiny fee and the knowledge that we could rely on expert assistance and advice for anything we needed.

Above all of our exceptional stay the one thing we were really grateful of were the family. So kind and friendly, lots of great knowledge but making their home feel like yours. Also it was really affordable and their cooking classes were so tasty and intimate!
