Wachapreague Inn

Perfect stop for us on our way to outer banks. Clean, comfortable room, adorable town and staff was great!

Quaint, quiet, and adorable. Loved the seaside town this inn is in. Provided a cot for my two little ones.

Very quiet place. No issues. Staff was awesome. Great spot to get away from all the hustle. Not accessible to the ocean unless you take a boat taxi. Chincoteague and Assateague were about 45 mins away. Loved being able to ride the free bikes the Inn offered :)

Sweet place. Simple family owned motel.

Made a reservation for an overnight stay as I was just passing through the area. I was traveling and the hotel called to confirm my reservation and check in instructions. What a cute fishing village! I had no idea. Hotel is up to date and clean. If I’m ever in the area again I would definitely look them up.

This place is really cute! It's not fancy, but it's clean, comfortable and the service was really wonderful. We were here in the off season, and I'm sure it could be rowdy on a summer night but it met our needs for a quick one-night stay to do an ecotour with Rick Kellam. I needed an early check in so my sister could look after my daughter while we were out on the boat, and the inn was more than willing to make sure they could help us in every way. It would have gotten 5 stars for more breakfast options, because we try to steer clear of pre-packaged foods (maybe this was just due to the pandemic?) but i was able to snag a fresh orange and cup of coffee for the road. I also agree with another reviewer that the off-season prices are a bit high. Its pretty obvious that this inn caters to the charter fishing crowd, that adds to the small town charm of this place!

Person who checked us in had no personality, I would not want them on the front line of my business. Rooms are fine, mini fridge, coffee pot. Could put complementary bottled water in rooms. WiFi worked fine

Great view, comfy, quiet

The staff was super friendly, and the accommodations were adequate. I was in town for a family emergency, so I was unable to use any of the additional services provided by the Inn. Every interaction I had on site was delightful.
