The location

The treasure hunt to get the key was really inconvenient and not comfortable while travelling with my special needs adult son. The was no ventilation without the air con, and the entrance area that has 2 single beds had no air flow. Also the staff at reception were not helpful, there only response is it's not our property..

I liked the bathroom a lot, the bath and the shower was unique to me and was spacious. Same with the view and balcony, lots of room and pleasant view. The living room was quite nice as well. I know Cavill like the back of my hand so seeing how close it was to the Avenue and nearby areas was so convenient, and the tram being just downstairs was awesome for what my weekend was for.

I wasn’t a big fan that the two beds were just out with the living area, it felt like a lack of privacy. If it had been in a room as well I would have enjoyed it more. There was a weird smell in the parking area that smelt like sewage and the floor we stayed on had a weird chemical smell that made me feel a bit nauseous at first but I got used to it.

Very good landlord to talk to, always happy to give me help. The location of this apartment is perfect, food and bars just downstairs, beach and shopping malls 400m away. Beautiful balcony, good facilities.

Hard to find the key . I didn’t get the key until 2 hours after arrival and looking and walking around like a lost person . The dryer in the appartment was not working. Lack of communication
