The best thing was Foxtel that was the only good thing about this property. The toilet was broken the room was grubby. Our contact would not take calls only text. 1 key for 3 persons. Blowdryer was broken was told would replace it still waiting. Was told to take the key to a shop on leaving and they would not accept the keys so running around with luggage.

Great central location to Woolworths & restaurants. Wonderful views & nice open space. Large balcony & the deep long bath is amazing

Location and pricing was decent, however there were too many issues that led to a negative experience. We picked this room due to its spa-bath, however, the plug provided did not fit the bath drain properly and resulted in constant leakage making the bath useless. We had to buy our own plug for the following night, but this shouldn't be necessary. The kitchen appliances didn't work: stove, dishwasher, microwave, kettle (powerpoints). I later realised after investigating and finding the electric cupboard, the circuit breaker was tripped. On turning it back on, it tripped again by itself moments later. While investigating I moved the single beds and there was rubbish, beet bottles and stains under them as if they hadn't been cleaned before. The room had a smell of cigarette smoke and we found multiple cigarette burns on separate furniture. There were also stains and they seemed unclean. Inside the drawers was a red sticky patch which ended up staining a piece of clothing. There were three remotes provided but one of them (the Foxtel one) was missing a battery, I ended up needing to move batteries around to be able to use it. A single (not full) toiled roll was provided for a three night stay for two people. Some cupboards seem to be falling apart. The view was nice though? The person meeting with the keys was nice enough to wait despite long delays on our end due to traffic.
