Location is perfect especially for close by shopping and exploring !!! I love how the hotel had washing and a drier !! Everyone that I would come across are super friendly. Got Woolies just seconds walking got restaurants close by! This hotel is in a perfect spot for everything you need and want to do !!!

The pillows to high and hard, other then that everything was great!!!

Brilliant location for food shops (Woolworths right below), retail shops and the Glink Tram. Beautiful views Great indoor pool There's a gym if you want as well. The beach is only short walk away. Good size rooms. Plenty of room for the 4 of us.

Who ever checks the room let it down. Went to use the hairdryer - broken Went to use microwave - glass plate missing so couldn't use it. Said free toiletries but there was no soap so had to make a dash and buy soap for after using the toilet. Great having charge point by the bed but unfortunately there is no side tables to put your phone or glasses on. Had to put my glasses on the floor & hope not to stand on them. Just needs a cheap table from Kmart - doesn't even need draws

Great location, beautiful view of river fromt he 30th floor. easy to collect key and find room. Would stay again.

Very poor water pressure in shower, needs to be turned up which can be done.

Location was great. Spa was wonderful. View was excellent.

No keys in lock box as arranged so I had 2 starving children and had to wait for keys to be returned to the lock box. Took 1.5hrs at 7.30pm. Vickey wasn't answering phone. Booking.com hung up on me. Didn't get into room until 9pm. Bed was hard as a rock. Shower pressure was very low. I was disappointed.
