"Expensive but almost worth it."

Rooms large, very quiet and dark. Nice ambience a clear cut above most hotels but pricey at the same time. The theme is 20/30s elegance. The music matches but might have been nice to mix it up a little during the day perhaps. Quiet aircon, good shower.

"Great Hospitality"

This place was so hospitable. Everyone was extremely nice and very willing to help out. I enjoyed the old fashioned check in experience with proper assistance from the valet and information from the front desk!

"They don’t care if you live or die"

Arrived at 3 am after multiple flight delays AND checking in online via Marriott app. I spend 100 nights a year in Marriott and have never interacted with a Marriott employee that was as dismissive as the woman at the front desk. She wouldn’t help me, didn’t care, went on about her evening while the “system did something”. I told her I was desperate and had to get up for work in 3 hours and she completely ignored me. I honestly was in shock. I’m still standing here now and genuinely she just wants me to go away but I have no where to go and have a room that I cannot access.

We conversed on the area, things he enjoyed, and his desire to grow with the company. Being in the service industry myself, I understand the importance of great customer service. The restaurant at ground level has one hostess who acts as if she'd rather be anywhere but working.
