Aloft by Marriott Knoxville West

We arrived with two car groups of 4 couples asking if the hotel had rooms available for the evening at a special rate. Not only were we all offered a special rate but Ben and Jessica, took excellent care of us. They made sure we had the whole ALOFT Experience! They treated us with dignity, kindness, and were very efficient. When we asked for a restaurant suggestion, they even printed us a list with the name and addresses on it. We will definitely stay again!

It was clean and a great location. The staff was wonderful and helpful. I stayed 3 nights and all the staff I encountered were great and courteous.

The double bed room only had 1 side table that had 2 outlets of which only one worked. There was a table and couch right where the window shade control was. The was no Microwave! I mistakenly thought in 2026 all rooms in an expectedly nice hotel would have a microwave. Not the case! Room size was smaller than usual.

Location was great. Front desk staff was incredibly nice and very fast and prompt.

My only complaint would be the morning of checkout the housecleaning staff opened the door without knocking only to realize i still had the room occupied. No apology or courtesy knock.

i didn't like that i booked a king room and they gave me a double queen, i didn't like that the hotel stole $354.90 from my account without my authorization

Jessica was very friendly and helpful. The lobby bar is an awesome bonus. There are even pool tables to pass some time. 10/10 recommend Aloft West if you’re passing through and want a hotel with the best experience.
