This is such a beautiful hotel! Staff were excellent, rooms immaculate and breakfast delicious! They have a great system for reserving sun loungers on the beach, you just let reception know the evening before. The rooftop whirlpool is a real treat, we only visited the last day of our holiday and wished we’d made more use of it! Rooms come equipped with mini fridge which is restocked each day with water and soft drinks for free. We would 100% stay here again!

Everything

Hotel is ideally located nearby the sea and many lovely restaurants as well as walking distance from the Venetian port ( great spot, don’t miss it). Our room was large and super clean with a splendid view. Thank you so much to the hotel crew, Georgia, Sophia and the manager Mia for a fantastic welcome and service and for accommodating all our needs. Customer service is paramount in this hotel.

Excellent staff and very nice location.

We had an amazing time in Crete and the hotel and staff were absolutely amazing! We can’t thank them enough for how well they took care of us! We felt like family and we were sad to leave when it was time to go! Sophia was so welcoming when we got there as we got checked in and the gentleman that helped us with all of our luggage was so friendly and kind! We met Georgina later that afternoon and she made sure that everything was perfect with our room. He attention to details was so appreciated. Breakfast was always one of the highlights of our day and Manolis and his team greeted us with smiles and made sure we had everything we needed. Lena and Karol are superstars! We saw them all over the place but we so appreciated them when we had dinner one night at the hotel as well as when we ordered room service. There are so many others that we met that I can’t think of them by name but they made our stay so wonderful and enjoyable. And while we didn’t get to meet Mia, we appreciated the prompt communication and fulfilling all of our requests from transportation to and from the airport and to Kissamos to arranging for our massages and just making sure that our needs were met! Again, thank you so much for an unforgettable week in Crete!

My wife and I stayed for five nights at the Chania Flair as part of a multi-stop trip, which also marked our first time in Crete and our ten-year wedding anniversary. We had a fabulous time. The location is ideal, just a short walk to Chania Old Town with its lively mix of restaurants, bars and shops. The beach is also very close, and the courtesy sunbeds are a lovely touch. Our room was very clean and modern, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection to choose from each morning. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly and helpful, just as you’d hope. Special thanks to Sophie, Iosif and Georgia on the front desk, and Giannis and Manuela at breakfast, they really made us feel welcome. All the staff were incredibly attentive and clearly take pride in making every guest’s stay special. After Chania Flair, we moved on to the Isla Brown Hilton resort for the remainder of our holiday. This gave us a great mix of being right in the heart of the action in Chania, followed by something more remote and relaxing. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Chania Flair and would love to return one day. David & Lisa.

This hotel has ruined it for every hotel after!! 5 stars all the way! The staff is unbelievable, so friendly and so accommodating, the nicest I’ve ever experienced!!!!! They think of everything to make your stay the best it can be, from a free à la carte breakfast ( huge variety, specialty coffees and pastry cart)included, free water and soft drinks in your minibar( refilled daily) and free sunbeds and parasol ( beach bag and towels) we felt spoiled!! Can’t wait to go back!

High class hotel with relaxing vibes. Staff members are incredibly nice and helpful :) Very comfortable and clean rooms And many options for breakfast. Also great location-close to the beach and restaurants. A luxury hotel with very good value for money, and very welcoming people 😊
