שארוחת הבוקר היתה למטה שכללה ירידה במדרגות תלולות, במקום להיות בגג עם הנוף. ארוחת בוקר בהזמנה במקום בופה. פחות אהבנו. שלמרות שהזמנו 2 חדרים לא קיבלנו אותם יחד אלא בקומות נפרדות.

Great location and the hotel itself is great, relative to the price. The staff were friendly and gave good restaurant recommendations.

On our last day of the stay, fire alarm went off in the middle of the night, with the alarm ringing and lights flashing in our room. This significantly disrupted our sleep.

We had dinner by the water and the hotel clerk was so gracious to set us up with a Taxi for our daughter, SIL and granddaughter. He was so kind to call a taxi for us back to our hotel outside of Chania. What a wonderful, kind and thoughtful employee at a Hilton Tapestry property!

Being a diamond member I have stayed at hundreds of Hiltons though out the world and I can say this property scored 5 star in multiple categories. The rooms were spacious & modern. The staff attentive and kind . The breakfast was delicious. I can only give it 4 star overall due to the beach experience. I knew going into the stay that there was no pool but counted on a good beach experience. One of the reasonsI booked this property was that it stated “Adult only” and that Hilton guests had their own beach access. This was not the case. Anyone off the street can walk up and purchase chairs which made it , cramped, best chairs taken, with children allowed screaming and crying. The beach should be private for guests only with no children allowed. This would elevated the property to a more exclusive experience.

Exceptional service, location and facilities. We were happily assisted by all members of staff and accommodated in the best way possible.
