Chania Flair Boutique Hotel, Adults only, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was lovely and the breakfast scrumptious. They had welcome goodies and parting gifts. My only complaint was there were some surfaces in the room that were not completely wiped clean upon check in. Good location.

The hotel was nothing short of amazing. It was located in a prime location and in walking distance from eateries and a short walk across the street to the beach. The rooms were modern and the included breakfast was made to order daily. Georgia at the front desk was especially helpful and kind as we were there to celebrate my mother’s birthday.

Hilton website indicates there is an indoor pool. Upon arrival it is not a swimming pool, but a large whirlpool. Staff indicated customers have complained that website is misleading but Hilton has not removed the description. Staff is warm and very welcoming, extremely cordial. Excellent! Breakfast was delicious! Room was modern, updated, with latest technology-lighting, curtains, air control, Do not disturb were all on a wall keypad. Very short walking distance to ocean/beach, restaurants, and boats. Walking distance (10 min) along the shore to seaside restaurants in Old Town. No ocean view from any of the rooms lower than 5th floor. Partial ocean view in upgraded room on 5th floor. I’ve experienced difficulty obtaining a receipt for my stay. Front desk staff need education in how booking on the Hilton app works so they won’t ask customer to pay a balance upon checkout. Having stayed in Hilton properties in other countries it is recommended that Hilton adjust description regarding the whirlpool. A concierge would be nice to provide information regarding restaurants/tours and accurate pricing. I’d recommend this hotel based on the rooms, location, and friendliness of the staff.

My wife and I had an outstanding stay here in early September. So many great things to mention about this hotel. Everyone we interacted with on the staff was incredibly friendly, and made the stay very enjoyable. The location is unbeatable, just a couple minute walk to the beach, where you can rent sunbeds thru the hotel the night before. There is also drink and food service at these sunbeds. It is also an easy, flat 10 minute walk to the Old Town and Harbor, and all of the restaurant we went to in Chania were within a 5 minute walk, just cannot beat the location. The room we had was beautiful, how can you argue with an ocean view from your shower? Very quiet, and easy to get a good night's sleep. Breakfast was very good, lots of warm options, but also cold options, such as cheese and meat and Greek yogurt with fruit and granola. The only hiccup we had was our transfer from the airport to the hotel. And I honestly think this was on the taxi service, and not on the hotel, and because the Europcar rental care office is completely disconnected from the airport. But, this was resolved rather quickly by Sophia at the front desk, and the champagne and cold towel at our arrival to the hotel more than made up for it. Our transfer from the hotel back to the airport was seamless. Overall, we had an amazing stay at this hotel, and I would highly recommend it.

I loved my stay at this hotel! From the moment we walked in we felt welcome and special. We were given a welcome drink and plenty of advice about the hotel and area. The rooms were modern and large. Bathrooms spacious with large shower and toiletries. Loved the shampoo & conditioner so much I purchased some to take home. The room had a balcony overlooking the water. The water & non-alcoholic drinks in the fridge were free of charge each day. Greek treats & specialty drink provided in each room. Plenty of towels were provided for the beach and room plus a free beach bag to keep. Wifi was great. One of our rooms came with an extra spa tub and special view. The staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Free valet parking was provided. There was an onsite restaurant and bar as well as a pool and roof top bar. The location was within a short walking distance to the center of town. The town was charming with plenty of restaurants & shops. Definitely worth a visit.

What a fantastic holiday i never go back to the same place but this is a definite hotel and resort i would visit again very soon. The hotel is brilliant and the staff make the chania flair so great Sophie/Georgia/Yaris/Banos/Petros/Guannis /Danielle are just the nicest hotel staff and make you feel so welcome,apoligies if I have missed anyone. Fantastic holiday thank you so much

All staff were extremely pleasant and courteous. The hotel was spotless and hard to fault. We were upgraded to, I believe, the best room in the hotel. Food was excellent, especially our meal in the veranda restaurant on our last evening.

A minor criticism is the plethora of electronic switches for lights, curtains etc. A bit over the top and difficult to locate when dark.

Strengths: Aesthetics: Modern facilities and modern interior and room designs. Sound: Noise was a problem for the sea facing suites on the 4th floor. See below. Staff: Friendly and helpful. In particular Joseph who provided great restaurant recommendations and Sophia at the front desk who was always welcoming and helpful. Upkeep: Hotel and rooms, very well maintained, always clean and well presented. Restaurant: Breakfast was good. You are served at your table from a menu and a pastry trolley. Room: Stayed in the sea facing suite 4201. it was large and had a nice view of the sea and sunsets, with a balcony. It is just above the rooftops of the restaurants that are on the promenade, and sometimes there is a smell of seafood cooking, especially in the evening between 6-10pm. It can be strong, and if we were sitting on the balcony watching the sunset we would just keep the doors closed. Facilities: Small gym and pool. Location: It is on the backside of the block facing Nea Chora beach and very convenient to the promenade, full of restaurants, and the beach with reserved beach chairs for hotel guests. It is a 10-15 min walk into the town center, mainly along by the sea. Opportunities for improvement: Noise from the gym above the sea facing suites. Imagine you are sleeping soundly at 8am, in your sea facing suite on the top floor, and suddenly the room start reverberating with a thumping sound. Thump, thump, thump...--- the gym directly above the suites has opened and guests are using the running treadmills positioned right above your room, and the room shudders with every footfall. In addition, other guests are dropping heavy weights that thud on the ceiling. If you are in the suites, facing the sea on the 4th floor, this can happen anytime from 8am-6pm. It is so unpleasant we asked to be downgraded, to other rooms, but were told that is it not the hotel policy to allow downgrades. They did agree to postpone opening the gym until 9am for two days. It is such a shame, since the hotel has so much going for it, but this preposterous design, to have running machines above the suites is ludicrous. There is no peace in the rooms if other guests are using the running machines. As long as there are running machines in the gym, I would not recommend staying in the suites to anyone for whom peace and quiet is important.

Очень хорошая локация, под отелем есть пляж с барами и тавернами. Вежливый персонал, вкусные завтраки Аля карт..5 мин пешком от старого города .. мы еще вернемся..

Джакузи нужно немного подумать, чтобы запуститься 😂
