Great location. Close to the old port, but far enough away to be somewhat isolated from the hustle and bustle. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful breakfast.

The lighting system in the rooms is not user friendly when it’s completely dark. Everything is touch screen and not backlit, so you press random buttons hoping to hit the right one.

Top-notch experience! Love the room! Very quiet, comfortable bed, spacious room, and loved the shower (great water pressure)/bathroom area. Very clean, fresh, and twice a day attentiveness to room tidiness. Customer service from walking in the door, valet, breakfast/restaurant wait-self was very pleasant, genuine, and responsive. Location was a 5-10 min walk to City Center. Nice view of the waterfront. Breakfast was fast, made-to-order, healthy, and delicious. The roof-top restaurant is definitely worth a reservation. Great, creative food and yummy drinks!

Our stay at Chania Flair Boutique Hotel – Tapestry Collection by Hilton was truly one of the highlights of our trip to Crete, and honestly, it’s a huge reason why my boyfriend and I can’t wait to come back. From breakfast to the evening, every single staff member who waited on us was absolutely fantastic—friendly, warm, welcoming, helpful, and genuinely inviting. The level of hospitality here made us feel so special throughout our entire stay. The breakfast was incredible, with a huge variety of delicious options every morning. The dinner, drinks, and overall dining experience were also amazing. Everything we had was excellent. The rooms were spectacular—beautiful, comfortable, and made the stay feel extra luxurious. The whirlpool and sauna were such wonderful added bonuses and really elevated the experience even more. Another huge plus was the free valet, which was extremely convenient. The hotel is located about 15 minutes from Chania Old Town in a more urban residential area, surrounded by homes/apartments and nearby stores, which made it feel peaceful while still being practical and accessible. Overall, this stay exceeded our expectations in every way. We will absolutely visit Crete again, and honestly, this hotel experience is a major reason why. Highly recommend to anyone looking for exceptional service, comfort, and a memorable stay!

Only minor niggle was the temperature of the Spa pool, in Summer it would be perfect but in March we would have preferred it to be warmer.
