A fantastic boutique experience! The hotel is beautiful, the service is warm and attentive, and the breakfast was outstanding. I would happily stay here again—5 stars all the way!

This is our second time returning to this beautiful property. The location is perfect, just a short walk from great restaurants and plenty of shops. The staff are exceptionally professional and kind, always offering excellent service and helpful recommendations. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

What a wonderful hotel! This was a "bucket list" trip for us and honestly did not know totally what to expect in Chania! (We went on recommendations.) Wow. The friendliness and hospitality of the staff was evident arriving from the airport. A warm personal greeting followed by a tour of our room and the hotel set us up for wonderful, but too short, of an experience. Any questions or recommendations the front staff eagerly answered. Each time we entered the hotel we were greeted by name. The hotel seemed new and very up-to-date with technology and the facilities were impeccable. We enjoyed breakfast (made to order and excellent) and we had an appetizer at the top floor restaurant one night enjoying the sunset. The beach area with the ability to reserve recliners and have your needs met was great. Easy and relaxing. The proximity of "old town" is walkable along the waterfront. (Bring shoes to walk in!) Great restaurants and sights. We found a local spot for dinner (a 10 minute walk) that was one of the best meals of our trip. So much food and so inexpensive. Would I stay here again? Oh yes.

We came to Chania to elope and the hotel was so helpful. They went above and beyond with helping us feel comfortable and also were great with our extended family & friends when hosting in the bar/receptions. Staff were all so friendly.

Everything was great

Lovely hotel. Ultra modern with very large spacious rooms. His and hers basins and lovely big balconies with sea views. Approx a 10 minute walk to the main harbour area. Hotel staff were all lovely. Breakfast was a’la carte rather than a buffet which makes a lovely change and was delicious. The granola with Greek yogurt was divine! Only down side was the gym shuts at 6pm as you have to walk through the restaurant on the top floor to get there so we were asked to leave one night at around 6:10pm. Other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would come back again!

Loved the location to beachfront, walking distance to Old Town, private parking and valet service, attentive staff, comfortable beds and lovely double shower.
