Location was great and bed comfortable

Run down. Door didn’t close properly. Floor was very dirty

No breakfast was offered.

Cleanliness was poor. Room was next to the street.

This motel is a dump in every way. Broken glass on the ground in front of our room. Carpet is stained, ripped, shedding. Freezer in the mini fridge had some type of food in it that was being overtaken by frost. Ice tray had dirt on it. The door stuck. Several leaks in the shower plumbing. Coffee pot was full of debris and dust. Sludge in the bottom of the swimming pool, no water. And they’re charging $150 USD. I’d never stay there again. We actually looked for a different hotel when we got there, but there were no vacancies in town for less than $300.

Nothing

No one was at the front desk when I arrived. I had to call the phone number I had on file to find someone to talk to to find out what was going on. They couldn’t find my name or my reservation. I eventually found an email from the motel stating that my reservation had been relocated to another motel on the other side of town. The only reason I chose that motel was it was close to downtown and the room had an outside door direct to the parking area. The room I was relocated to was on an upper floor with no elevator.

The bed was clean

The shower didn't work and there was feces on the wall. The freezer inside the mini fridge was a chunk of ice and there was old food that was freezer burned in it. The towels also had feces on them too!!!

I drove into the parking lot and immediately booked another hotel. This one is dilapidated and in terrible disrepair. It looks like a grungy flop house-type motel. The pictures of the outside are extremely inaccurate. I don't think this motel should even be listed on Expedia. I wouldn't stay there if I was paid.

I went for a night, on my way to Custer National Cemetary. The gal at the front was very accommodating, when I called and told her I'd be late, and she walked me to my room when I arrived, offered another blanket. The guy (and friends) helped me with Wifi, and was accommodating also. The bath was well supplied, and there was a mini fridge and microwave in the room. The motel is very dated, old, but learning that they are from Nepal and probably invested all they had in purchasing it from the previous owner, as a business owner, I can appreciate their challenges. The "dated" effects in the room were my only negative. I would stay again, in part because of their attitudes. Good luck, best wishes!

The staff was terrific. Very helpful and attentive, and available. The facility is pretty old, but it had everything I needed, and was good value for the price. The categories I rated "average" were simply that. No offense intended at all. But I commend them on their efforts and attitude. Thanks,
