Holiday Lodge

Not very clean, there was no toilet brush to clean. Very basic, but could be cleaner and things more fixed up. Front office person was nice. Doable for one night.

The carpeting appeared to have not been vacuumed for a long time. A few stains on the sheets. The bathroom light flickered and then turned off (electrical problems?). One of the bedside lights also flickered oddly. The tub was filthy. My traveling companion had a different room, but there was someone in it when he went in, so they had to give him a different room. I will never stay here again.

Good value. Clean bed, bathroom, all you'll need

If I could give this 0 stars I would. There is NO WAY this place has this high of ratings. I booked a 1 night stay off hotels .com since the price was cheap enough and the pictures looked nice. Boy, was I wrong. Upon entry the road is terrible, the place itself is run down and looks NOTHING like the pictures posted do. The carpet was dirty, the room had a sour smell, the bedding didn’t look clean and the people outside didn’t look too friendly (no judgement, just being cautious). We never even put our stuff down, we locked the door back and immediately checked out. This is a false advertisement from the pictures posted to what you actually get. Remember the saying “You get what you pay for”, but this place is a scam for that price.

The air conditioner worked

This was a nightmare. Floor was wet ceiling falling in, carpet dirty. Sheridan was full because if soccer. It was this or really expensive. I will pay next time.

The staff was really nice and they accommodated us well with our two service dogs! A/C worked great and there was a lot of extra space in the room. Thank you Holiday Lodge for making our stay great.

It was quiet

The reviews were very old , I would have asked for a refund but I would have lost a whole week of money, the first thing I did was let off 2 bedbug foggers in the room , and when I came back hours later I got down on a floor mat and wiped the floor with Windex with ammonia , had to wipe it down seven times to get to where my feet wouldn't turn black , other than that was safe and quiet.

We were given room #01, smelled like mold and the door locks were really beat up, made us feel like someone could come in. The shower curtain rod was tilted like it was going to fall off the wall. We didn’t even stay, we ended up booking a room elsewhere at a Comfort Inn. Be aware, this place isn’t comfortable.

If you do book, try the refundable option so you can LEAVE and not have to pay when you see what the room is like.
