Holiday Lodge

The staff was really nice, check in was quick but when we got to our room their was an odor and I can’t tell you what it was but their was a residue and stains on the lamp shades, wall and pictures. When we told the gentleman he said he would clean but then offered us another room that still needed cleaned so we had to get to why we were in town. But we were so turned off from the first room we made other arrangements. So unfortunately can’t tell you what the second room was like.

Friendly staff and a roomy feeling room. Plenty of parking lots of eating places near by. The room even smelled clean.

Nothing. Might have had a continental breakfast available.😊

Pool out of order. Room needs some attention but they discounted it $30 from what hotels told me without me even asking because they said they were in the process of remodeling. So that was great. Room clean. Bed so so. Could use new pillows. Bathroom walls need cleaning. Close to everything. Quiet and safe.

Accommodated us with a room late at night, however they could use to brush up on the ADA laws.

They really need to brush up on the ADA laws. They tried to deny me service at first due to my service dog. But in the end accommodated us.

Always leery about staying at budget motels, but this place really surprised me. The owner walked me over to take a look before booking - small but it had everything: fridge; microwave; coffee pot; flatscreen; desk; table with two chairs; queen bed; chest of drawers; two night stands; closet area and separate bathroom! Carpet seemed a bit worn, but clean. Bed was comfortable with clean linens; 4 pillows, towels seem new. The door inside could use some new paint. Window AC functions well. Quiet surroundings. Anyway, you can see that management takes pride in the rooms. Military/senior discount, too! I’d stay again.

Small cramped room with uneven floors. Swimming pool was closed for repairs during a heat wave

Very old motel. Room smelled and was very small. It was OK just to sleep for a night. Pool permanently closed until it can be replaced with one that is up to code. Nice owner.

I am unsure how they got the reviews so terribly wrong. When we pulled in the pool was green and closed. There was a truck on blocks with several car parts sitting around it. It looked more like a math den than a hotel. We did not stay for obvious reasons. But of course we were still charged

A big disappointment—we had stayed here a couple of years ago and we were so pleased with this old, renovated ma and pa motel. Not so this stay. Apparently, sold last year and is now declining badly: pool was empty with chipped edges, fountain not working, rooms clean but no longer sporting the luxurious bedding and bath supplies. Really can not recommend except for the low price.
