Photos don’t match what I got. The carpet was absolutely filthy and it looks like they never make an effort to steam clean it. The entire property is run down and in disrepair. My ground floor window had no latch to lock it in the closed position. I didn’t stay overnight and when I turned in my key, I was told that they hadn’t charged my room and to contact hotels.com for a refund. They asked if I wanted to see another room but I was so disgusted with the place, that I declined. When hotels.com called them, they only authorized a 50% refund. The place is an absolute dump and shouldn’t even be listed on hotels.com.

The property was very run down. Carpet dirty.

It's a run down dump. Dirty floors, smelly room, leaking plumbing and double booked my room so someone else walked into my room that night that had keys for my room. Sketchy.

Super friendly staff. The room could use a thorough scrubbing on the carpeting. Outlet in the bathroom did not work. The room lacked sufficient outlets. Thin walls.
