The Well Inn

The friendly welcome I got. The corridors are bright and easy to navigate. The room was bright and warm. The art on display in the room was appreciated (Hares are my favourite). Plenty of clothes hangers. Crisp clean bed linen.

The bathroom vanity bin was dirty. It was next to the loo and the lid was very dusty and not very clean. The basin in the bathroom wasn't very clean either. The cold tap in the bathroom needs to be re-plumbed as it doesn't work correctly.

Room was terribly hot and we couldn’t have window open as even with it closed it was like trying to sleep on the m25 literally had no sleep at all. Asked to change room but was told hotel full but appeared this was not the case On arrival told kitchen had shut for weekend so no breakfast and evening meals as advertised in available facilities, should have been told this as we would have gone somewhere else

This is a budget hotel, it is easy to locate with functional rooms and onsite parking Since my last stay there has been a change of management and things have certainly improved and I would return

Staff very helpful and accommodating of our time programme for check in.

Breakfast only available from 8.30am onwards Coffee,tea & toast, cereal.
