Kaya Residence

The location of the villa was perfect, offering beautiful views and very close to the lake. However, it is important to note that there is a steep ramp from the lake to the villa that requires walking. This might be challenging for older individuals or those with knee issues. For anyone in good health, the walk is manageable, but it may not be suitable for elderly guests or those with mobility concerns. The staff was very cooperative and helpful.

the toilets lacked proper ventilation, the mattresses were uncomfortable, and the overall cleanliness was not up to par. These issues detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay.

Old furniture, no hot water at bath, mattress pad was very rigid and not comfortable.

Washing machine and sauna was not working

Location is very nice its opposite of lake and all area .

Staff not following request and maintenance well shower has leak i request to change and no action

It was an amaaaaaaazing view the best view in uzungol even we didn’t need to go to coffee shops to enjoy the view. The staff were so nice and helpful specially Mr Mahmoud.

Nothing but it hard to reach it walking for old people, because it is on the mountain
