Kaya Residence

The apartment was cosy for a family. The heating was excellent in the coldest days of February. Everything is available from a washing machine to a dishwasher and cooking supplies. There's also a drying rack in the bathroom. I loved the interior design and the view from the top floor 💗 It felt like home.

Upon arrival, no one was present and the reception desk was closed. There was no one to refer to in person anytime, only through making a phone call and asking them to come. We were basically alone there. There was a leak from the jacuzzi that they fixed later. The bathroom shower drainer was clogged in both bathrooms, but it was handled. We didn't take showers in the upper bathroom, as it caused leaking downstairs. The fireplace was just for decor, unfortunately, they did not turn it on, even when we asked them to. The TV doesn't show anything except live channels. It is supposedly a smart TV with Netflix and other apps featured in it, but none of them worked.

Nothing, they did not give me any apt and they told me when I reached the place that they are fixing the property. I was very surprised and disappointed. worst place ever and worst ppl ever. definitely not recommend it for anyone and I wouldn’t not go back there definitely.

very nice view but the place need some work for example the bathroom smells need fan to exhaust all the smell but overall it’s very good place

very difficult for old folks

location is great. Too steepy if you are accommodated at higher levels up the hill. I f you have older people or someone who has difficulty going up and down the hill, make sure you are given the apartments closer to the road.

I booked 2.5-3 months before my trip and paid in full to guarantee my booking, gave them my arrival times etc. yet, when I arrived after a flight with kids, nothing was ready! it took them 2 hours to have one apartment ready to keep our stuff and rest a little. Then it took them another 3 hours to get the second apartment ready (yes, we booked 2 apartments). The staff at the reception kept giving us false promises. And once we got the second apartment, it had strong smell. we requested change, but it was all booked out. It was July season. The young staff at the reception didn’t really get too bothered .. too much demand and they don’t really care if you leave (that’s my only explanation).

I rented a villa with 2 bedrooms, helpful staff, clean property, kitchen has stove and fridge but no microwave, 2 bathrooms, security and 24 hrs help desk. Please read below for CONS

No microwave, towels need to be new, no hanger in bathrooms, NO AIR CONDITION UPSTAIRS, in summer it was hot enough to bring me downstairs to sleep in living room, no daily cleaning, no meal plans (but everything is near)

The only thing that good for this hotel is the location and the staff that tried to help- no other than that.

First of all! we were a family of 5 people, I slept in the car for 2 nights. they gave us apartment with a room without any window, the room has a very bad smell- very strong damp smell, if anyone sleep with this smell he could get a heart attack! the bathroom is leaking NO AIR CONDITIIONING. There are a lot of bugs! 4 of us slept in the living room on the ground, we didn't sleep in the bedroom and I slept in the car for 2 nights. I don't recommend to sleep in this type of room "One-Bedroom Apartment with Garden View and Balcony" Maybe they have better options!
