Location is perfect every thing is around, Staff are so awesome and helpful, appt is big, furniture is good and comfortable, just the carpet is dirty but it was fine to us

bldg. is on the hill so it will be very difficult for old ppl to walk to.

Very very bad smell from the bathrooms that we could not use or stay at the apartment, very bad smell and very dirty refrigerator and amenities and sticky dishes, no merrors except in the bathrooms, leaking bathroom seiling. I would not go back at all and i do not recommend it, however the staff did great effort to help but it did not work.

we stayed in the villa's and its modernized and everything was new and clean, the spaces are big, the ac is only on the living area not in the rooms so you have to use the fan

I liked the location and how near it was

we arrived to the hotel expecting to get what we booked but for some reason our room was not available. The room that we paid for and booked was already taken. They gave us another place that was so small and was way worse . We were a family of 5 and we weren’t even comfortable a bit in beds as we didn’t have space in the apartment they gave us. This was so shocking as it was the first time it has ever happened to me. I book and pay expecting to come and stay in the room I booked. For the 2nd night we were given our room, we enjoyed the stay there but we had a big problem as the shower boxes got filled with water and it was leaking everywhere. This is really not acceptable and I totally expect an apology and also a price compensation for the first night. Not up to the standards.
