"My stay was very comfortable and it was upto my expectation. Room was very clean and comfortable."

This was our 5th trip for Switzerland. Location was just 15min bus drive from main Lucerne station. One need to take bus no 20 if boarding from Lucerne station. Best part has been frequency of the buses which is just 15 min and bus service starts from 5 am in the morning. Kitchen was perfect for us with all the amenities required for basis cooking. We had read some concerning reviews about the washroom but we did not not find anything concerning. It was very clean with separate areas for toilet and shower. So no worries. Staff response on the message was speedy and they ensured that our stay was great. We had requested for table fan and they had arranged for the same. Thank You Team Anstatthotel for the wonderful memories.

At least water should've been provided Location far from everything No air-conditioning, only a small fan is provided which didn't help at all during our time The water in the shower takes ages to clear out No shampoo or body gel

Alles ist schnell erreichbar.

Es war eine falsch Pfanne im Schrank, was den Inductions-Kochfeld in einen unangenehmen (pipste alle 10 Sekunden) Fehlerzustand gabracht hat. So mussten wir den Hausdinst benachrichtigen, problem wurde danach behoben. Die Pfanne aber nicht ausgetauscht!
