"No AC so quite warm at times but okay for early June."

Anstatthotel Horw is in a good location with a bus stop right outside which goes directly to and from Lucerne Station. Shower and toilet were clean and functional. The kitchenette was convenient, if a bit small for a room intended for 4 people.

The bathroom door is translucent and cannot be locked. We were informed there would be a washer/dryer in the building that would cost 2CHF per use; however, the amount of time purchased does not fit with any of the washing cycles and change is not given. Smell of smoke in communal lounge area was quite strong on some days.

Nutzung der App und der damit verbundenen Schlüsselnutzung war oft nicht möglich. Es wurde uns aber schnell geholfen und wir bekamen Schlüsselkarten für den Zugang.
