The sheets were so worn and itchy I had to sleep on top of the covers, hair in the shower and the sink, towel hooks were falling off the wall... I expected more from a 3 star hotel

"Extra fees"

We have been going here for years and it’s gone downhill. They now charge $86 per fee for one dog! Plus a $50 “maybe” refundable “incidental “ fee. AND they charge $8 per person for breakfast. This is all ON TOP of the room fee! There were no pools towels. Never going back!

Close to I 40. Room clean and comfortable. Check in easy. Disappointed that breakfast wasn't included in our rate. Would stay again! Hyatt always reliable.
