A beautiful and clean hotel. We didn't expect anything else. It is a Hyatt, after all. We hadn't booked breakfast, but we were allowed to have coffee/tea and use the microwave.

No free breakfast.

Our toilet was very dirty with human fecal matter on the toilet seat.emailed the property and they didnt email me back!
