Rainier Guesthouse (Walk to Metro)

I want a refund, and for the $ 253 I spent for the same night at Red Roof Inns.

We were informed that we had to stay at a different location one night before our stay which was fine until the 'front desk' was unresponsive. We didn't get check in details until and hour and a half after our designated check in time. Otherwise it was a delightful stay and they accommodated us fairly well for the rest of our trip.

The place was clean even though it smelled like like it was bug bombed. It was loud and the area was sketchy. I felt nervous leaving my car out front.

Great place to stay at a reasonable price.

The host was exceptional when it came to accommodations and how to get around. I am solely basing this review off of Customer Service and I wish we had more hosts in the world like them!

I’ve been to stays like this before and it was amazing so I had high hopes, especially for the cost ! But I’m pretty disappointed. Who I’m assuming was the owner of the place was there doing laundry but had nothing to say to us when we said hello. Then we had people stomping around above us until 1am .. this is a bummer when your flight is at 5 am. Sheets were stained. Gotta do what you gotta do but I won’t book here again ):

They are no longer taking any guests. There is no way to find them anyway since there is no address on the listing!!

I was a little apprehensive going into this reservation just because it is not a traditional hotel. However, I was pleased with everything. The rental manager was very helpful and it seemed as tho I was the only occupied room. Overall, my experience was positive.

Totally fuckedddddd!up I’m sitting in there driveway nobody here will not answer my messages and now I have a dead battery. You need to take these people off your list
