Rainier Guesthouse (Walk to Metro)

This property is a lot like staying in an AirBnB. It is very nice and clean and you don't have to go through the hassle of check-in like at a normal hotel. Unfortunately, when we stayed there was a VERY NOISY family above us that woke us up multiple times throughout the night. Nothing against the property, just not great for our stay. The owner/manager is extremely helpful and nice.

Bad beds, bad service, terrible experience. Don't be fooled be the price. They charge and extra person cleaning fee that'll bring the cost right up to any other motel without the service you expect from one. No desk staff to check you in.. just hope they are awake and checking their texts. Late check in? Good luck you won't even have the address.

Its always great. I love staying there. I'd recommend it to anyone.

Coming here from New York for my sister’s birthday, my plan was staying at a friend’s house but unfortunately due to COVID-19, I had to find another place to stay in a short amount of time. Luckily I found this listing, very fast to process, and the host sent out instructions right away. It’s easy to check in, the room was clean and super cute. I got a private bathroom right next to the room, my roommate was nice, the shared kitchen was also neat. The only thing was roommate upstairs really loud and annoying, they woke me up early in the morning....

Could not get the adress and when i contacted the hotel to get a adress for gps they told me there was going to be a addtional cleaning fee and a 10 dollers per person per night plus tax on top of the charge this site said it was which more then dubbled the price for the same price i was able to stay in a 5 star hotel

Pros- close to light rail station and grocery stores, the owner returned message fast Con - don't feel safe at night, saw gang members, cleaning fee $10 per person per day which is not reasonable, don't have room service every day, it is not fair for long stay (more than 1 week) , the cleaning fee should add to the nightly rate or one lump sum cleaning fee, add screen to the window for the bugs and TV signal not stable

Everything was very well organized from initial instructions to the host responding to inquiries. We’ll return for another stay.
